This was a very good experience for mother's Day. This place was awesome and the food tasted terrific. Good service and the quality was awesome. We will definitely be back.
Omar, was our very polite server. He ordered the crabmeat omelet for me. I saw in online , but not on the menu. No problem. It was delicious and quite large. The bechmel (sp) sauce added to the enjoyment. My husband was able to order a chicken dish without the pasta, a definite hit. A glass of orange juice was large and also delicious. It's the first time we've been here and it won't be the last.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Santa Clara - or anywhere. The food and service are excellent! It’s obvious the staff are happy to be here, as they’re all smiles and they are very attentive. I’ve never had a substandard experience. The menu is expansive and includes an exhaustive selection of lunch and brunch favorites. There are also many daily specials. You really can’t go wrong. One could eat here a couple times a day for a couple weeks and not run out of new offerings. I travel for work, and this is the without a doubt one of the most enjoyable places I’ve been anywhere in the country.
If you’re around Santa Clara area you got to stop at mission city grill the food is amazing tasty, good presentation and the service it’s really nice. The ambiance it’s welcoming and the art decor it’s modern with a touch of retro on the walls. Overall my daughter and I had a great lunch today😋
Came here for brunch on a Saturday. Busy but got a table in 5 minutes. The food was beyond what I expected we ordered the eggs Benedict with corned beef, biscuits and gravy and the $size pancake from kids menu. All the dishes were very flavorful. The bacon was yumm!! The ambiance is good for a brunch place - noisy yet enjoyable. The wait staff was spectacular, they made sure water and coffee was topped up and. Heckled in periodically. For three people our bill with tips was around $20 per person which is pretty good and we had some to go boxes as well.
This is our second time here, but my first time reviewing Mission City Grill. The place is great, the service and atmosphere are excellent. I had the Chicken Fried Steak and we also got the Bacon and Eggs, and the Combo. We got coffee with each meal, which was excellent, and the food is very good. If I had to knock one thing, it would be the pancakes, they were a little dry, but everything else was excellent. This place is usually packed on the weekend, but was not that crazy when we went on Wednesday. Would we eat here again?? Yes, and if your in the ares and are looking for a good breakfast spot, this one will not disappoint.
Excellent food and service! My omelette with mushroom and avocado was fresh and delicious with fluffy pancakes. I normally don't like pancake but this place surprised me with a very good one. Our waiter was friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was cozy and casual. I enjoyed my lunch and will be back.
Food was very good. We ordered steak and avocado eggs Benedict and California eggs Benedict with sub Canadian bacon for regular bacon both coming with a side of hash browns (the eggs were cook perfectly) and sure coffee ☕️. Portions are normal for a Benedict and price is competitive with similar restaurants. Our waitress Magdalena C was very friendly, attentive and professional and gave to us a few tips about when it’s a good time to go in weekend and weeks days. For a dinner style restaurant it’s very nice decor and ambiance. Definitely I’ll be back to try other dishes, because they have lunch, dinner and breakfast all day Thank you very much, was a pleasant experience.
